Hello..i put money on my friend ov chipcard by mistake..and her subscription is weekend free.she is not supposed to load they take automatically every month..so how can she use the money i put on her ov chipcard?

She cannot use it for travels, but she can go to a ticket desk at a station to get a refund, or apply for it on ov-chipkaart.nl.
