I have travelled from Maastricht to R’dam. Then R’dam to A’dam and A’dam to Maastricht. But today I found 10 euro under client service charge? What does it mean?

The ‘Klanten Service’ charge is quite often used for refunds (indicated by the ‘minus’ sign next to the amount). I can't access your invoices through this Community, so if you have any doubts it's best to contact customer service.
+4Did you switch to NS Flex recently and is the amount preceded by a minus sign? Then this was the credit on the card when you loaded NS Flex onto the card. It will be paid back to you on the invoice following the first month.
