I've made two payments of 180 and 223 euros. I'm still being charged 207 euros. 
Why are my payments not counted and why do I have to pay so much per month? 

We don't know. You have to contact the customerservice by Phone, X,Facebook or chat.


Did you check the invoice in your MijnNS account? On that invoice the costs are specified so you can check what is being invoiced.
