Hello, 

 

My NS Flex abonnement does not work. 

I had an unpaid invoice a couple of months ago therefore my subscription was canceled. I paid the open amount and ordered a new Ns Flex subscription on the 10th of March. I paid the subscription and received a confirmation via email as well. However on my ns card it says the payment Failed (which is not true, It has been charged to my bank account on the 10th of March already and also has not been refunded) 

But on my card it does not show.

Can you please help me ?

You do need to contact Customer Service. We do not have access to your data. In the case your subscription was canceled, NS considers proof of payment when it shows on their bankaccount. 

NS does not block a subscription for six months anymore, but there has te be a visible full payment, and for the collector as well.
