Hello, one month ago I bought the subscription for Altijd Vrij but I still received an invoice for all my trips even tho I had already paid for the subscription. How do I fix this and make sure I am not charged twice for my travelling?

Perhaps the start date of your subscription is wrong or the activation of your subscription was not done correctly.

I would like to advice you to contact the NS Customer Service. They can help you to fix the problem being charged twice and pay back the invoiced trips. As fellow travelers we cannot view each other’s data.
