Hello, I was just entering my winter advent kalendar when I saw that I actually can’t participate if I have student travel product. Why is that the case? Also, how am I still able to participate and receive the discount codes? And how will this be checked?

To participate, you need to have an active NS subscription (and a Mijn NS account).
The SRP (student travel product) is issued by DUO, not NS.
