Good afternoon. I received a letter about paying a fine and I completely disagree with this letter. Card number 3528070408837516. Trip 09/18/2024 to Den Haag. I logged in at each station conscientiously and honestly. The only mistake that was possibly made unintentionally was that I mixed up the NS and Arriva machines. Please do not withdraw money from my account, but check in more detail and if I made a mistake, then indicate exactly which one and at which station to avoid problems in the future. I often travel by train and always take this responsibly!
