I travel everyday on this path from Schiedam to Schipol and back.
I might have forgotten to check-in at Schipol (and its very easy to miss at Schipol) and I noticed that the system didn’t fill in based on my travel history (as NS claims that it will be filled in).
However, upon claiming refund, I noticed that I still have to pay for the whole journey. This doesn’t make sense to me, as I have the subscription and I travel same path daily, it should have been fully reimbursed. Penalizing this way is very harsh.
Can someone from NS help me with this?
