The first train from den haag to amsterdaam around 7.38 in morning was changed to unavailable then the next also made unavailable. Fortunately I knew this was trouble so I took a screenshot. Later in the day the record of this disappeared from the NS app. Officially it shows the train running on time.

When I got the third train from ams centraal to change metro to Gein this was also changed due to a track change. At the time 9292 displayed the trains as unavailable too but I was rushing to get there in time so I didn't take a screenshot. Now I also look back on the 9292 app and see the metro journeys at around 8.30-40 are no longer displayed as cancelled but they were previously. Again, officially if I show this to my college both trains look on time.

Now I have missed my exams and came 40 mins late because of three seemingly nonexistent cancellations.

Now if I show my college these results it will look like the trains were on time. How do I get these records for proof? This happens every time I get the train like clockwork and it is destroying my studies including threats of being cut from my course.

The NS app / NS travel planner is not an archive in which you can find all delays and cancelled trains in the past. Instead you can use sites like https://treinposities.nl/vertrekstaat or  https://www.rijdendetreinen.nl/treinarchief
