Not today. Due to a disruption there are fewer trains running at the moment, but you can still travel by train between these stations.

I would like to have some information about the train from Rotterdam to Schiphol airport tomorrow morning. If there will be a delay ore how much more time I need to go to the airport. 

Delays cannot be predicted. There's always a chance something happens. Me personally, always take a lot of extra time when travelling to the airport by train (plan to arrive at least an hour before I have to be there), just to minimize the risk of missing check-in/boarding time.
