I want to travel to Eindhoven early morning to get there by 8:30, from Enschede what time does the train start moving

Just take the timetable and you can find it. There is a departing time and and an arrival time to choose from. Arrival at 08.30 at Eindhoven, departing from Enschede: Enschede 5.46, Eindhoven 8.24. This is only at working days. During the weekend it is not possible.

Niet de réiziger op 1, 2 en 3, maar de betálende reiziger op 1,2 en 3! Wat meer controle en handhaving roept geen agressie op, maar voorkomt het juist. De opgekropte ergernis van de betalende reiziger mag best wat meer meetellen.
