Hello,
I am trying to contact customer service via whatsapp to change a train ticket which it says can only be changed via the phone, not online. 

I have sent a message to the whatsapp customer service line and after it said I would be transferred to a representative, no one ever answered. I tried calling but it does not go through. I am looking for how I can contact customer service.

Welcome to our customer service affloeck. It's very busy at the moment. A response on whatsapp can take a while. What number have you tried calling and what made you think it didn't go through?

E-ticket cannot be changed or canceled I'm afraid.


Was it a domestic ticket or an international one?
