Hello. I was charged 50 euros from my card because I forgot to check-in but I didn’t forget to check-in it was some kind of mistake Because I couldn’t enter through the turnstile in Zwolle without checking-in. my route was Zwolle-Dronten. How can I fix this and get my money back?

There are two kind of gates when you enter Zwolle station: gates for NS and gates for Blauwnet. It is important that you use the right one and it seems like you didn’t. This will result in a missing check-in with one company and a missing check-out with the other.
