When typing in the Customer Service chat-box, anything typed between `<` and `>` is removed, which doesn’t work if you ask a question like “Do I get a different refund if my train is <30 mins late or >60 mins late?”

You can escape code injection attempts in a smarter way which also allows customers to user the “greater than” and “less than” symbols.
