I paid for the ticket and did not receive it 

I see you paid for the ticket about ten minutes ago. It's not uncommon for the email with the ticket to take longer to arrive. If you haven't received it after an hour, contact customer service.


It will take up to twenty minutes. The mail with the ticket may be in the spambox. After about an hour: contact Customer Service.

Please remove your personal data. Everything here is public and may be used in an unwanted way.

I deleted all the personal info. The info that was given above is correct. If you don't receive the tickets in 15 minuten jou can reach out customers service.


Just a tip, if you use the English version of the NS website, a ticket will be directly available so you don’t have to wait for the e-mail.


I paid for the ticket but I haven’t received it. It's been more than 20 min.
