Hi

On 14 juli my flight from Schiphol was canceled and i ask the customer service if i can get the money for my tain group tickets back? 

And they told me to follow up that and i received e mail said i will get information about this after 5 days  and niw 7 days past and no reaction? 

 

Any help can i get?

I can't tell when exactly they will answer you. If you can and haven't done so yet, please send your receipts and evidences towards the automatic reply email, so when my colleagues pick it up, they have everything they need to help you in one go.
