Dear receiver, 

 

I bought tickets for bus and train at Eindhoven airport and I didn’t see any information that in the train ticket was included the bus ticket to Eindhoven bus/train station. I would like to receive a refund for that, since I payed the bus twice for me and 2 more people.

If you've paid double for a trip, that's not supposed to happen. I'd advise you to contact the customer service of whatever company you've bought the bus tickets from so you can request a refund. If it was the company of the bus you rode on it would be Hermes. You can contact them about a refund here.


I paid it twice because I bought the train ticket and the bus ticket. But, the train ticket was included the bus ticket.


You simply would have to scan the ticket at bus-reader. I travel fairly often on this bus and see it happen very often.
