I have spent all day trying to give NS my bank details. Twice agents have started a chat, then disappeared without doing anything or saying they are going offline. What is going on?

It can take some time before the chat agents will answer your questions. 

Alternatively, you could try to call them on phone number 030 7515155 or try to contact them by social media (X or Facebook).
