ask refund of ticket

hi,

i buy tickets from ns international.

however due to th delayed train, i could not get on the bus from Leer(Ostfriesl) to Gronigen at 11.30 today. i do not use the ticket. please help refund

If the expected delay at your destination was an hour or more, then you can return to your origin station free of charge and request a complete refund here:

Select "Other international trains” and then "I did not use my ticket”.
