On 11 November I missed my flight (from Eindhoven airport) due to the NS not being able to reach my destination. I traveled from Rotterdam Centraal. My train was at 8:44 am and we never reached another station and were eventually sent back to Rotterdam Centraal station and arrived back at 10:45 am. How can I claim back from the NS my flight tickets cost?

That depends on how much time you left between the planned arrival at the airport and the flight, according to a decision of the Consumer Complaints Boards (Geschillencommissie) for public transport. IIRC, that needs to be at least 2 hours.

How unfortunate you missed your flight. According to the terms and conditions, you cannot make a claim for other costs. You can only make a claim for train costs.
