On 11 November I missed my flight (from Eindhoven airport) due to the NS not being able to reach my destination. I traveled from Rotterdam Centraal. My train was at 8:44 am and we never reached another station and were eventually sent back to Rotterdam Centraal station and arrived back at 10:45 am. How can I claim back from the NS my flight tickets cost?
