I have tried to book my ticket on 21 October 2022 on 21:34. But the amount was debited my account and i have n’t received the ticket on time. Due to which i have booked the ticket again at 21 October 2022 on 21:36 and faced the same issue.
But at 22:44 i have received the confirmation email one my first ticket and at 22:45 i have received the confirmation for another ticket.
My requirement was only one ticket. Could you please cancel one ticket and refund my money. I will use the other ticket.
In the situation that the tickets are exactly the same you may contact Customer Service. This is an exception where a refund with an e-ticket is possible. I normal circumstances there is no refund with an e-ticket.
The e-tickets are not available right-away, they were not too late, but most customers are used to a fast delivery. ;-)
