Hi,
I checked in at holland spoor to pass through the station and the door was not working I called assistance who made me pass through the door and I went out of the station.
If you see my travel history it happened all in couple of minutes on August 4th at 18.13.
So please I would like my money back because it is not fair. I have not traveled anywhere just check in and check out at hs.

There is a special tunnel for foot and bike just a few mtrs further on. There is no need at all to go via this cumbersome way. Read just a little further in travel history-and use ´uitcheck gemist´ to try to rectify. Noone here will be able to help you and NS will also not react to this post
