I am trying to get a refund for a delayed train. My ticket was around 18 euros. Instead of seeing an NLOV number on my bank statement, I only see a link to the NS website as the transaction description. How can I submit my refund request?

Is it possible that you disn't travel with OV-pay? You will only see this reference number if you travel with your debit card.
