Hello.  I bought a group ticket yesterday on the site, and it did not come to the post office even within two hours.  I called your support, they told me that I need to send a screenshot of the payment here, and the money will be returned to me.  And they told me to buy a ticket at the station, because they could not send my tickets.  I bought repeat tickets and therefore I want to refund 35€ for group tickets that were not received by mail within a few hours.
