hello, I have applied for reimbursement of travel expenses, I see that transactions are still being considered. I would like to ask how long it takes to process the application. Regards, David Blicharz

Due to a backlog it could take a few weeks for your claim to be processed by the special NS department. If you would like a closer look of your case, I would advise you to contact NS Customer Service.
