Hello, today (25.01.2022) i coudnt reach driebeegen zeist trein station before 16:00 PM because of 50 number bus delay. So ı coudnt use my %40 discount. I want that discount price back.

Uhm….that’s not how this works. If you're checked in during rush hour times, you pay full price and NS can't be held responsible for a delayed bus, operated by another company.

I am sorry for you, but Edwin is right. Maybe you can submit your complaint to the bus company and hopefully they can help you there.
