I took the Intercity Direct train departing from Amsterdam central station at 22:53 on Sunday, September 2nd, arriving at Rotterdam central station, but the train was cancelled. Will I be able to get a refund for the Intercity Direct supplement fare (2.90 euros x 2 people)?

In the end, I took a regular IC train to Rotterdam.

I bought this ticket through the NS app.I don't know why my application was rejected even though I applied recently.

Since you have had a delay of more than 15 minutes, you can request a refund for the supplement and your regular ticket here: https://www.ns.nl/en/customer-service/refunds/refunds-for-delays-on-a-domestic-route.html

Thank you for your reply.

It rejected though I filled that form. I just wanted to refund only a fee of ICdirect supplement. NS route plan showed me normal IC. ummm....

Did you get an e-mail about the rejection? In that case, you can reply to the mail with an explanation.
