Hello! 

I wanted to kindly request a refund for my train ticket from The Hague to De Vink (3,60€) since I was booking the NS flex weekend subscription and should have received it at the 8th of July but I didn’t. Therefore I had to pay for the ticket from De Hague which would have been free otherwise. Thus, I kindly wanted to ask you for the refund of my money. Thanks a lot for your help in advance!
