Hi on 3rd of October the train system have a massive issues and I was traveling from Amsterdam to Roosendaal and it takes me more than 3 hours to wait but the train didn’t come so I have to stay in Amsterdam hotel and so I asked for a refund but I only got 4.64 euro back that can’t even cover the cost of a cup of coffee……..
