Hi! 

I was wondering if someone knows why a train journey from the past (5 days ago) would still not show the cost in mijn NS? Days I have travelled after this show the amount a train journey cost, but this particular day will not. I ask because I need to produce receipts for my train travel for work to get the money back, normally it works smoothly.

I assume you mean journeys from Friday November 29th? There is a system outage, which causes processing delays for this particular day. It should be solved very soon. For now I advise you to wait for your next invoice to arrive. The journeys and calculated amounts should there be given correctly.

In addition to that, it happens more often than NS admits that costs only show up after weeks.
