In the last couple of months the dutch railway become a joke from an old stupid russian movie. I'm commuting to work between Amsterdam and Zaandam. I am in the station around 00:25 and until 00:42 there is no other train. In the moment when I reach Sloterdijk there is no other possibilities for me to go to Zaandam so I have to pay other money to Uber. The dutch railway is a ginormous disappointment for me.

I'm sorry to hear you've had this experience! I understand you arrived at the station around 0:25 last night? I've checked, but it looks like there was an option to travel to Zaandam at 0:29. After that time, there's only one option at 1:19, but it should not have been impossible to travel. Did something happen?
