Hi, I bought a ticket on the NS website to have my bicycle taken on the train, but I never received the email with the ticket. I had to buy a second ticket which then worked. Would it be possible to refund my first ticket?

first ticket reference:

What a shame you did not receive your ticket. In this case I want to advise you to contact our Customer Service. They can take a look at the double ticket and the options.
