infant fare rules

Hello fellow member, 

I would like to travel with my kind who is under 1 year, do we have some special fare exemption or rules to travel. or can some one refer a link to the descriptive rules ?

Till the age of 4 years children are travelling in trains and busses for free. You can’t claim a chair for this child.

Tot een aantal jaar geleden frequente reiziger. Reizen met de trein is minder leuk geworden
