I had booked a ticket from Eindhoven to Tilburg on the 20th of October. I was informed that there will be no train itineraries because of maintenance activities. My questions are:
1) Do I need to cancel my ticket and ask for a refund?
2) Which bus options do I have? And should I pay the bus separately or should I keep my train ticket and use it for the bus, my way back to Tilburg?

You can travel by train via 's-Hertogenbosch, that takes 15-20 minutes longer than normal.

+4You can use the journey planner and ask for a travel advice for 20 October. It takes the engineering works into account and only shows trains that are scheduled to run.
