My money refund

Greetings

I was traveling by NS train and the train was full, there was no place to set and stand, I just moved slightly in to first class and stood there for a while and waited for a place to get empty.

I was charged 20 euros for standing for a while in first class.

There was no place, where I suppose to stand? 

I want my money to be refunded.

Welcome to our NS Community, Masihullah Nemat. I'm sorry it was so crowded. It is indeed not permitted to be in the 1st class. I recommend you get in touch with our customer service about this.
