receiving an email

Dear Madam or Sir:

I have received an email indicating that I have used 1st class without surcharge. Unfortunately, there is a mistake and I have a 20 Euro fine in my next invoice. This is written in this email and it is not true. How could I solve this problem. 

At the top of the Email I can see these two numbers: Relation number: 0220311528 | Our reference: 5212405177

Would you please help me about this issue because I have never used 1st class without permission.
