Hello this morning I accidentally bought day return ticket for 1st of March, but I won't be traveling on that date, instead I bought 2nd ticket for myself. Can you please refund me my 1st ticket?

When it is an e-ticket, there will be no refund. You can still use this ticket, and in a case of refund you could travel free. NS does not facilitate that. Don’t shoot the messenger.
