Reservations for bicycles are not needed anymore, they were only obligated for a while during the pandemic. Unless these are folding bikes and you fold them up completely, you do need to buy a ticket to take them, which is not valid during rush hours when bikes are not allowed on the trains, except for fully folded folding bikes.
