I lost my scarf in the train from Groningen to Rotterdam on 9th April departured from 08.18 am and arrived at 10.55 am. The scarf is very important for me. It is a gift from my friend.
So I wonder if I can get it back. I really appreciate that if it is possible.

Fill in the form, you will get a number, you will need it to get your scarf back.
Afterwards: contact Customer Service by Phone 030 7515155. They do have a real time database. English is spoken and your scarf will be registrated when the train conductor may have been able to deliver it. It is a 24/7 service.
It is possible/likely that your scarf is in Rotterdam at the ticket booth.
