That is possible. For the NS Flex contracts, you can make this in your My NS-account. If you go to your travel history, you can select the past year or specific dates. If you don't have a NS Flex contract and you want to see all the history (including the bus, tram and metro), you can check this on www.ov-chipkaart.nl.
