Hi, how do I change the back-up email registered to My NS account? I’ve used my partner’s email as back-up email and now she can’t register using her email used, as it states that the email is already in use? Please help! 

You do both need a different email, otherwise it becomes a hassle. The best thing you can do is take a separate one  or call Customer Service for assistance. 030 7515155. It is a 24/7 service.
