i can not change my bank card details. Can you please guide me? I didnt see anything under products line,

Hi Gular and welcome to the NS Community! 

Did you linked your OV chip card to your account? If yes, you should see your product on the startpage. Your subscription is written small in blue. If you click on that, you will see your subscription details and there is also the possibility to change your bank account.
