Hi Team, 

My travel history is not loading on mijnNS. It says there's an error. 

When will this be fixed? I need to submit receipts to my office to get my travel costs reimbursed and I cannot access my travel history here :(

That's odd. Do you happen to have another expired OV-chipkaart linked to your account? You can always contact our customer service to have this sorted out.


When will this bug finally be fixed? It either shows no travel history or shows only the last 8 transactions. It works, but inconsistently.
