I currently have the “Altyd Voordeel” NS Flex plan but want to swap to “Dal Voordeel”.
Is it as simple as ordering the new subscription - will the old one automatically fall away or do I need to cancel “Altyd Voordeel” and then purchase “Dal Voordeel” ??

Just go to mijnNS-via site, not app, and click on ćhange subscription´ or the like, then choose new plan. Thats all. Will take effect in about 1 hr. You will get some money back as dal is cheaper as always-usually this is done when you are due for payment for new month. You must keep any type of subscription for at least 1month to be able to change again
