Hi! So I want to change the email address but I can't. I bought a new subscriptions but the email is still on the old address*. It should be on my new email address*. 

How can I change it?

You can change it via https://www.ns.nl/mijnns#/persoonsgegevens, it will take about an hour to process. I think you will receive an e-mail on the new address with a confirmation link.
