I noticed that on the 22nd of August 2022 I was charged 20 Euros for the whole journey from Tilburg University to Eindhoven because I didn't check out, but it's impossible to not check out. The train station in Eindhoven has a gate, so how can I get out if I don't check out? I also took the Eindhoven bus after this journey, as your records will prove.

If you want to correct this missed check, you can contact Customer Service. Of course, since I wasn't there, I'm not completely sure what happened and why this went wrong for you. Thankfully my colleagues can help you with this claim.
