Hello last saturday I apparently forgot to check in ( i was sure i did it but maybe the machine didn t work) and now on my travel history i can see 20 euros more charged. The problem is that for now I can not ask for a refund on the website is written “ you can not claim a forgotten check in for a trip with ns flex product”. Why? what does it means? Thank a lot for the help!!

I am sorry to read that this € 20.00 is charged. Sometimes it can take a few days before the journey is progressed. This could be the reason that you can't correct this yet. If it is still not possible to correct this in the end of the week, please contact our costumer service. They can correct this for you as well.
