Good afternoon, I've been here since September 2023. I sent an email to be able to rent a box to store my bike in Horst Sevenum before traveling. Alas, there is nowhere to ask for help. I don't see a normal station like those in Eindhoven, Helmond or Venlo...etc. One thing, I personally find this station dangerous (oh cameras?). Since then, little by little they have been stealing each piece of my electric bike. It makes me angry because I bought it with a lot of effort, that bike is a help for me and more so in winter when it is very windy etc.😭 🤦🏻‍♀️ A very important question, why can't it be like the stations where you can store your bike with your NS license?

Now that my new bike arrives this week, will the same thing happen?
Or why don't they put more boxes, do I have to wait until 2030? Please NS take into account adding more boxes or making this Parking safer.🙏🏻🙏🏻

We are very sorry to see bicycle parts being stolen or even bicycles being taken from the bicycle sheds.Are you already on the waiting list for a bike locker at Horst-Sevenum station? Otherwise, would you like to contact our customer service via phone, chat, Facebook or X? Unfortunately, there is often a waiting list for renting a bike locker. My apologies for the inconvenience.

We regularly see requests for more bicycle lockers. Unfortunately, we have not yet received any feedback on whether this request will be included in future plans.
