I have 2 missed check out on my NS flex. Its the first month of NS Flex and I am not able to correct the same. My invoice is ready for the month. i tried chatting but no reply even visited the NS office in The Hague Centraal and they said to do it only. 

What can i do to correct this ?

What a shame you can't claim this missed check yet. Unfortunately I cannot do this for you either. My advice would be to contact my colleagues.
It is very busy everywhere, so it could take some time before they respond. All I can do there is ask you for your patience.
